No. Prompt Park has no sign-in, no username and no email field anywhere. They download the app, a grown-up passes the parent gate once, and they play. Nothing your child types ever leaves the device.
Kid profiles take an age from 6 to 13. Pip's writing sits at roughly a grade 2–3 reading level, so a confident 7-year-old plays alone and a 6-year-old will want a grown-up nearby. There's more detail on learning by age.

The only other things that exist are two optional $1.99 cosmetic sticker packs for the sandbox, which unlock no chapters.
